Day 210: NYE, The Party Never Stops
New Years Eve, the very last day of every year. It's the day where people - no matter how their year went - go crazy! From the kids playing out in the cul-de-sac and shooting fireworks, to the teens dressing up fancy and partying their brains out, to the parents who try to relive their glory years, everyone has their own fun on New Years. It's a day for everyone to let loose, get a little stupid, and start all over! Tonight I of course joined in on the fun - who could miss out! I began the night by dressing up and going out to dinner at Azuma with Steffi, Meredith, Meg, Heather, Casie, Katie, Richard, and Richard's friend Chris. We got the best table in the house - we felt like we were rich! Sushi at Azuma is always a good choice - and definitely a good way to start off the night. After saying goodbye to them, I picked up Erin and we both went to the crazy Myklebust extravaganza! There were definitely over a hundred people there, the downstairs and backyard were filled! The majority was definitely composed of graduates, but Erin, Kaitlyn, and I still had a good time hanging out with all our "elders". No matter how old they get, Sugar Land kids will always be young at heart and know how to party!
