Day 268: Fly High Bird
Today is unfortunately a sad day in Sugar Land, for one of our beloved friends, Tyler "Bird" Milliken has passed away. To those who knew him, Bird was a generous, loving and wonderful man. He constantly shared whatever he had to offer, and was always willing to put others before himself. Bird was a sincerely great guy, and it is imminent to everyone in Sugar Land that he will always be remembered with a positive note. Words truly cannot even begin to describe the love that has surged through Sugar Land because of Bird. The lives of every family from Austin and Travis high school has been truly touched, and we will all never be the same. As the family has repeatedly stated, all they could ask for is that everyone who knew Tyler would "be safe and be saved". They don't want to see what happened to their beloved son and brother to happen to anyone else, and they want his legacy to show everyone just how meaningful and short life is. Grasp every moment of it you can. There's no time for being upset, angry, vengeful, or envious. Life is too short to not be spent happy. Bird has showed us all that life is mean to be cherished, celebrated, and most of all a party! All of Sugar Land raises their glass tonight in honor of our fallen friend. We will never forget you Bird, you sure were one of a kind!
